All spaces are minimum 3 meters deep and the minimum of the rentable spaces are 9 m2.

We can't provide smaller spaces for renting!

 

The building of the booths can be ordered directly from Hungexpo.

If you wish to participate at the show with as a vendor with a booth please send the signed order form to tradestand@eds2021.hu by 30th November 2021 and pay the rental fee by bank transfer by 30th November 2021 to the following bank account:

The booth can be occupied at the show by showing the certificate of the bank transfer.

The order and payment can be done personally at the Office of the Hungarian Kennel Club as well:

Building-Dismantling:

On 22nd, 23rd and 27th of December 2021 will you be given the parking permit and entry cards. The parking and entry cards are not neccessary for the building.

The building of the booths - in case it was fully payed for - can be started from 08:00 on the 22nd and 23rd of December and from 06:00 on the 27th of December. The venue will close at 20:00 on the 22nd and 23rd of December and at 23:30 on the 27th of December.

PLEASE LET US KNOW UNTIL 15TH DECEMBER, 12:00 WHICH DAY YOU WILL BE BUILDING YOUR BOOTH.

IN CASE WE DON'T RECEIVE THE INFORMATION FROM YOU UNTIL THE 15TH DECEMBER, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BUILD ONLY ON THE 27TH OF DECEMBER.

The dismantling of the booth can be started on the 31st of December from 20:00 until 24:00. If you can't finish the dismantling on the 31st, the next day you can continue will be the 3rd of January 2022 from 06:00.
